Ottawa November 10, 2005 On a frigid November Thursday afternoon, I walked among snowflakes and the buildings of Ottawa's Parliament complex, the center of Canada's government. Ottawa is located the province of Ontario, but directly across the river in Quebec is the city of Gatineau. Ottawa's high coastline offers great views of Gatineau. View from my hotel room
